The backend for an event platform: creating events, booking seats, and controlling who can do what, all through a clean REST API.
About the project
An end-to-end backend for creating events, taking attendee bookings, and powering organizer dashboards. It's organized around a clear service layer, with role-based access and an audit log so every important change can be traced.
What I did
- Designed a normalized database schema for events, sessions, tickets, and bookings.
- Added JWT authentication with separate permissions for organizers, attendees, and admins.
- Wrote integration tests for the booking flows that matter most.
